One half-day workshop to kick things off on February 15th. Dive deep into your organization. Get your bearings internally and determine how to position yourself externally. Meet the other change-makers you’ll connect with and learn from over the next eight weeks.
Eight weekly sessions Wednesday mornings from February 20th through April 10th alternating between education and application. One week we’ll dig into the theories, the next week you’ll make a plan specific to your organization.
