About Us

You’re here to make an impact.

There is no detail too small to go unnoticed in your work,  You are best suited at 30,000 feet in the air, looking down on possible solutions. While others might sweep a social issue under the rug and save the mess for someone else, you’ve rolled up your sleeves and are cleaning up our shared community.

You’ve taken the initiative to make impactful change, and for this, we applaud you.

But more than mere applause, we want to help you.

Prodigy & Co was founded to help passionate social pioneers like you achieve incredible results.
As a social entrepreneur, the challenges and struggles you face are all too familiar to us. Your craft and your passion are at the core of your organizations and who you are, and you want to make a living doing what you love.
Our passion is working with impact makers who want to grow their organizations and who want to do things the right way.
You have meaningful work to do – so get out there and create impact. Leave the strategizing to us. We’ll dive deep into your current strategy to help you develop and implement a more efficient and creative plan. We get to know you, your industry, and your customer. Then we will reassemble you as a stronger, leaner, and faster than ever before.

“We need to stop asking about the meaning of life… Life ultimately means taking the responsibility to find the right answer to its problems and to fulfill the tasks which it constantly sets for each individual.”

— Viktor Frankl,Man’s Search for Meaning

Meet Our Team

Jessica

Jessica

Founder & CEO

Whether Jessica was performing at Clown College, or calling women in nursing homes via a “phone-pal” program, or volunteering at the YMCA, she has always been a dedicated servicewoman. But even more than serving, Jessica wants to serve strategically. Jessica can be easily influenced toward your passion, and she wants to hear what you’ve got up your sleeve. She holds a degree in finance and an MBA from the University of Tulsa. She has worked as an adjunct professor at the TU, teaching Creativity and Innovation to some of the brightest entrepreneurs in town. She still can’t decide if coffee or wine brings better ideas – so call her for an appointment and she might treat you to both.
John

John

Co-Founder & Technologist

John was the boy who took his mother’s toaster apart on Saturday mornings while cartoons played in the background. He didn’t let a few sparks keep him from figuring out how to put it back together with a faster toasting time – saving him a few extra minutes to snooze before school started. Holding a degree in electrical engineering as well as an MBA from the University of Tulsa, John brings technological prowess to Prodigy & Co.’s arsenal. When he’s not designing prototypes, marketing funnels, or new websites, John can be found rock climbing or golfing, though usually not at the same time.
Not yet, at least.

Our Team Values

  • Creativity: We have to think differently if we want to solve big problems.
  • Service: We go above and beyond.
  • Individuality: Every person and organization has unique strengths and capabilities that should be cultivated and nurtured.
  • Authenticity: We own who we are and don’t change to fit someone else’s vision.
  • Collaboration: We are better together.
  • Abundance: There is more than enough to go around.

Prodigy & Co Perks

The Growth:

  • Be a part of the foundation of an organization that is looking to grow to new heights. The opportunities for personal and professional development abound.
  • Want to take a project from idea, to implementation, to revenue stream? Want to manage a team of creatives, strategists, or marketers? Want to seek out new clients and close big deals? There could be opportunities for any or all of those things as the company grows.

The Culture:

  • Forget the traditional corporate culture. Jessica left that behind years ago for a reason and has created something entirely different! Have a question? An emergency? A bad day? At Prodigy & Co, we’re family and here to support you however we can!
